To make your podcast sound incredible, all while freeing up your valuable time to focus on more important things like improving your content, generating guests, and growing your audience.
Podcast Editing and Mastering
During the Editing and Mastering process, we clean up the audio, remove background noises, mouth noises, false starts, errant words, long pauses and fix poor pacing. Then we master your show with a 12-step process that includes restorative and enhancing equalization, sound floor (hiss) removal/reduction, de-esser, compression and normalization. Finally, we ID3 tag the finalized master for iTunes optimization.
Podcast Publishing
*This is an optional service only available in addition to the Editing/Mastering service.*
After the Editing & Mastering process, we generate written content which includes: show summary, bullet points, hyperlinks (to websites mentioned in the podcast), show transcription, and a creatively crafted blog post including images, photos or content you have provided us. We then upload the podcast to your iTunes, Stitcher, Libsyn, and other podcast accounts, post the written content onto your podcast website and link it all together.
How It works
Who knew publishing podcasts could be so easy?
Step 1
Record your podcast
You do whatever you normally do, recording with your usual equipment. We prefer a .wav file for it’s higher density of data, but can certainly work with an .mp3 for great results.
Step 2:
Upload your files
You’ll include your podcast, along with any other files pertaining to it: show notes, intro/outro audio files, ads or sponsorship commercials, images and photos related to the show, etc… Zip everything into one file and submit in your account.
Step 3
Sit back & relax
You’ll receive notification that your files are accepted and we are on your project! We master and edit your podcast, making it crisp, clean and professional to its fullest potential.
If you’ve selected additional Publishing Services, we’ll also transcribe and publish your work for the whole world to hear!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
That depends.
The publishing service we offer is optional and is a separate charge from the mastering & editing fee.
We also offer discounts for larger purchases – the more masters you pay for up front, the larger your discount per show will be, thereby the price will change according to your needs.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME PER PODCAST?
Up to 3 business days (72 hours Mon-Fri)
ALTHOUGH WE ALLOW FOR A 72 HOUR WINDOW TO COMPLETE EACH PROJECT, IT DOESN’T MEAN WE WON’T BE ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE MUCH SOONER THAN THAT
THE 72 HOUR WINDOW IS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT VARIABLES THAT MAY OR MAY NOT APPLY WHEN YOU SUBMIT A PODCAST FOR PROCESSING
Variables such as high volume, and show publication/transcription can lengthen the time it takes to complete each project.
In general we pride ourselves in our quick turnaround times, and prefer to view the 72 hour mark as an extreme worst case scenario situation.
***I do sometimes work on the weekends to stay ahead of workflow, and while it isn’t abnormal to receive deliverables from me over the weekend- the 72 hour promise doesn’t not apply to the weekend hours.***
WILL IT SOUND PERFECT?
That also depends.
Did you record your podcast using decent mics and gear? Then yes – we will make your show sound spectacular.
Did you record the podcast using a cell phone’s built-in microphone during a hurricane? Then no, we’re not magicians – just audio professionals/mere mortals.
DO YOU OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Sort of.
We offer itemized packages with incrementally discounted rates for larger purchases. In English – the more shows you purchase, the more you save. Unlike most subscription packages, you are required to pay a monthly fee – we don’t require a monthly subscription – just purchase what you need, when you need it.
CAN YOU TRANSCRIBE MY PODCAST?
YES!
Transcription is automatically included in the publishing service.
WHY IS TRANSCRIPTION SO IMPORTANT?
Great question, I’ll tell you why.
Content is key! The more content you have on your podcast’s page – the more you have google SEO working for you.
The higher your SEO = the more people are driven to your page = the more people listen to your podcast = the larger your audience becomes = the more $ you make.
It builds on itself, like a snowball rolling down a mountain.
Google SEO LOVES content! And all that extra content provided by a word for word transcript of the entire show is not only a foundation of this concept, but a ‘MUST HAVE’.

Their editing chops have rescued some good but technically flawed episodes and made them great, and they take direction very well. They never miss a deadline and in fact often beat them.
